1. Can we customize Snippets to more closely match the realities of our organization?

Yes, Snippets can be customized to incorporate the precise names of roles, departments, processes, or other details for an additional fee. However, in our experience, perfect alignment between scenarios and reality is not needed to drive learning and engagement! Please contact us to learn more.

2. Can we buy two or more Learning Snippets programs?

Yes, you can buy one, two, three, or all of our Learning Snippets programs.

3. How many Snippets are there in one program, and long does it take to complete?

Each Learning Snippets program includes 10 Snippets. We recommend deploying one Snippet per week. At this cadence, one program takes 10 weeks to complete.

4. Can we run multiple Learning Snippets programs concurrently?

For the best learning experience, we recommend that each learner access programs consecutively, not concurrently. We can run different programs for different groups of learners simultaneously (for example, a leadership program for leaders at the same time as a general program for all employees).

Clients who opt for Snippets for LMS have complete control over the availability of purchased programs.

5. What’s the minimum number of learners that we can enroll?

There is no particular minimum, but we usually look at enrolling groups of 10 or more. Please contact us to learn more.

6. In what languages are Learning Snippets available?

All off-the-shelf programs are available in English and French at no additional cost.

7. What LMS file formats do you support?

We support SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI.

8. There are so many programs! Where should we start?

We’re happy to help you put together a learning journey that reflects the specific needs of your organization. If your organization is interested in foundational DEI training, we usually recommend starting with Inclusivity 101 for all employees and Inclusive Leadership for managers and leaders.

9. What kind of support do you provide for the rollout of Learning Snippets?

Whether you purchase one program or the entire library, our dedicated Client Experience team is there to answer any questions. To support a successful program rollout, we provide a Toolkit which includes example communications and proven strategies that support learner engagement.
